The answer might start further up than you think.

Gut Reset Programme

Chronic bloating. Unpredictable digestion. IBS that doctors keep calling “stress related.” If three gastroenterologists have given you no clear answers, there is a clinical reason and it is one that most practitioners are not trained to look for.

Dr. Bansi Parikh’s training in both dentistry and clinical nutrition makes her one of the very few practitioners who can assess the oral-gut microbiome connection — the upstream pathway that most gut health programmes miss entirely.

The gut microbiome begins

in your Mouth
and most gut programmes have no idea.

The oral cavity is the entry point of the digestive system and home to over 700 species of bacteria. When the oral microbiome is dysbiotic which gum disease, tooth decay, and poor oral hygiene create those bacteria travel downstream and directly disrupt the gut microbiome. This is documented. It is called the oral-gut axis. And it is the piece that most gastroenterologists and nutritionists are not trained to assess.

The Oral-Gut Axis

Bacteria from periodontal disease (F. nucleatum, P. gingivalis) are found in significant concentrations in IBD and IBS patients. Treating the oral microbiome is a legitimate gut health intervention.

Ayurvedic Gut Wisdom

Triphala, jeera water, ajwain, hing, ginger — traditional Indian digestive aids with documented prebiotic, anti-inflammatory, and motility-supporting actions.

The Gut-Brain Axis

Stress, anxiety, and sleep quality directly regulate gut motility and microbiome diversity. The SĀRVAHITA™ mindfulness module specifically targets this pathway.

Dr. Bansi's Unique Assessment

As both a dentist and nutritionist, she assesses oral microbiome markers and their downstream gut implications. No other nutritionist offers this.

Gut problems rarely have a

single cause

That is why single-solution approaches rarely work.
Here is what most people managing blood sugar tell me in their first consultation.

Functional gut disorders are real but often missed by standard testing. The oral microbiome is rarely assessed — which means a significant upstream driver is being ignored.
Elimination without identification creates nutritional restriction without resolution. This programme identifies the actual triggers — and restores the foods that are safe.
Stress and the gut-brain axis are clinically connected — but "it's stress" is not a treatment plan. This programme addresses the biological mechanisms, not just the lifestyle advice.
The goal of this programme is to restore your relationship with food including Indian food. Elimination is a diagnostic phase, not a permanent outcome.

The Gut Reset: Starting at the Source

Most gut health programs start and end in the stomach. Dr. Bansi looks upstream

Your mouth is the entry point of your entire digestive system and home to over 700 species of bacteria. When your oral microbiome is out of balance—due to gum inflammation or decay—those bacteria travel downstream, directly disrupting your gut and triggering chronic bloating and IBS symptoms.

Why this changes the results for you:

  • Beyond the Endoscopy: If your scans came back “normal” but you still feel terrible, it’s often because the upstream driver—the oral microbiome—was never assessed.

  • Targeting the “Oral-Gut Axis”: Dr. Bansi identifies specific periodontal bacteria, like P. gingivalis, which are clinically documented to drive inflammation in IBD and IBS patients.

  • Integrated Clinical Intelligence: As a dentist and clinical nutritionist, Dr. Bansi assess oral health markers to identify inflammatory signals that a standard nutritional audit would miss.

We don’t just manage your symptoms; we treat the oral-gut pathway to restore your digestion from the very first bite.

Your 90-day journey

From hormone chaos to
hormonal intelligence

in four stages.

The 90 days are structured, progressive, and paced deliberately. Each stage builds on the one before it. This is what separates a transformation from a temporary result.

Identify

Full gut history. Oral health assessment. Food trigger mapping. Inflammatory markers. Existing test review. Identify oral-gut connection.

Eliminate & Repair

Low-FODMAP phase with Indian food adaptations. Prebiotic and probiotic food protocol. Anti-inflammatory spice therapy. Oral health support.

Restore

Systematic food reintroduction. Gut-brain axis work. Sleep and stress protocols. Ayurvedic digestive support introduced.

Sustain

Full food restoration (safe list). Long-term microbiome maintenance plan. Seasonal eating for gut health. Alumni access.

No ambiguity

Everything included.

Nothing hidden.
Here is exactly what the 90-day Total Wellness Immersion programme includes — in full.

Not all — and not permanently. The elimination phase is targeted and temporary, designed to identify your specific triggers. Indian foods like rice (white, well-cooked), moong dal, coconut, coriander, and ginger are typically well-tolerated even in the most restrictive phase. The goal is to restore all safe foods as quickly as possible.
Yes — and this is actually the most common presentation in this programme. Normal structural investigations do not rule out functional gut dysregulation, microbiome imbalance, or oral-gut axis disruption. Dr. Bansi's approach specifically addresses these functional, non-structural causes.

The oral cavity is the upstream end of the digestive system. Bacteria from periodontal disease — including strains like F. nucleatum — are found in significantly elevated concentrations in patients with IBS, IBD, and colorectal conditions. By assessing and addressing the oral microbiome, Dr. Bansi can address a driver of gut dysbiosis that no standard gut health programme touches.
Stress is a real and significant gut trigger — through the gut-brain axis, which is a documented bidirectional communication pathway. But it is rarely the whole story. The programme addresses the stress component directly (through the Sarva Manas pillar) while simultaneously investigating and treating the biological drivers: microbiome dysbiosis, oral-gut axis disruption, and food-specific inflammation.

Most clients report a reduction in bloating and post-meal discomfort within 2–3 weeks of the elimination phase. Microbiome restoration is a longer process measurable improvement in gut diversity and symptom consistency is typically observed over 8–12 weeks. Dr. Bansi will set specific, personalised expectations in the first consultation.
