I trained in dentistry because I wanted to understand health from its foundations. What I discovered inside a dental practice was this: the patients who struggled most with gum disease were almost always the same patients managing diabetes, hormonal issues, or chronic gut problems. The mouth was a mirror.
That realisation sent me back to study clinical nutrition — and eventually led me to create the SĀRVAHITA™ Method: a whole-person system that honours both ancient Indian wisdom and modern clinical science.
