All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, meal plans, methodology, branding, graphics, and the SĀRVAHITA™ framework — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tastifit and Dr. Bansi Shah Parikh. Meal plans and health reports are prepared specifically for the individual client and may not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
Fees for services are communicated at the time of enrolment and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely. Once a personalised meal plan or health consultation has been prepared and delivered, refunds may not be applicable, except in cases of demonstrable service failure on our part.
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us within 7 calendar days at drbansi@tastifit.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
Tastifit and Dr. Bansi Shah Parikh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, without limitation, health outcomes that deviate from expectations, inaccuracies resulting from information you have provided, or failure to follow recommended guidance.
Tastifit’s total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Tastifit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services, without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms of Service, provided false information, or engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of our services or other clients. You may also terminate your engagement at any time by notifying us in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
