Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 3 pcs Garlic Cloves
  • 8 pcs Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cummin Seeds
  • Salt As per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder As per taste

Instructions
 

Dry roast flax seeds and white sesame seeds separately until fragrant. Let them cool down.

    Saute garlic and curry leaves in a little oil until aromatic.

      Combine the roasted seeds, sauteed garlic and curry leaves, salt, jeera, and red mirchi in a grinding jar.

        Grind the mixture into a desired consistency.

          Notes

          Store the chutney in the fridge for up to a month.
