Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Toor Dal
  • 2 tsp Yellow Moong Dal
  • 2 tsp Green Chilka Dal
  • 2 tsp Masoor Dal
  • 12 pcs Green Methi
  • Egg Plant / Brinjal
  • Bottle Gourd / Dudhi
  • Pumpkin
  • Moringa
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • 2 pcs red onion (Chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • salt
  • Cummin Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Fresh Coriander

Instructions
 

Soak and cook the dals and vegetables in a pressure cooker until 3 whistles.

    Blend the cooked mixture into a smooth vegetable dal mixture.

      Saute chopped onions in oil until pink.

        Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

          Combine the vegetable dal mixture, salt, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and pav bhaji masala (if using).

            Mix well and adjust the consistency with water.

              Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

                • You can customize the recipe by adding or substituting different vegetables.
                • Adjust the spice levels to your taste by adding more or less of the spices.
